By accessing or using the Musoca platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Musoca provides a comprehensive guitar learning platform, including interactive chord finders, scale libraries, arpeggio patterns, tuners, metronomes, and practice tools. All features are currently provided free of charge. A Pro subscription plan with advanced features may be introduced in the future. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free Service Usage

All Musoca tools and features are currently provided completely free of charge. We do not require any payment or subscription at this time. A Pro plan with advanced features may be introduced in the future, and some current features may move to the Pro tier. Users may create a free account to save favorites and track progress. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to users in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Musoca and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Musoca, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.
